We’re presenting the Culinary Brigades program offered in high schools, and the Cook Up Your Future program for special education groups, a more vulnerable population. We’ll discuss the impact on young people, the reality of implementation in other provinces, and how these programs complement other initiatives that provide meals to young people in schools. These programs are an extraordinary tool for combating food insecurity, which is gaining ground across the country amid a fragile economic, political, and social climate.
