The presentation will highlight the organizational agility levers needed to support rapid growth while maintaining high standards of nutritional quality and service. Participants will discover concrete, agile, and innovative approaches.
Biographie :

LYDIE MONTESINOS is Head of Procurement and Logistics at Le Club des petits déjeuners, where she oversees national strategies for procurement, distribution, and logistics optimization. She leads transformation projects aimed at strengthening operational efficiency, supply chain resilience, and the organization’s capacity for growth. Mathieu Hilairet is Senior Advisor for Procurement and Logistics Development, where he plays a key role in operational coordination and the development of national partnerships to support growth and adapt our model to regional needs.

Ms. Montesinos will be joined by Mathieu Hilairet, Development Advisor for Canada
