This presentation provides an overview of the various procurement models developed by the Breakfast Club to address the diverse realities of Canadian school communities. We will illustrate how flexible procurement strategies help ensure food security, logistical reliability, and cost optimization. The presentation will highlight the organizational agility levers needed to support rapid growth while maintaining high standards of nutritional quality and service. Participants will discover concrete, agile, and innovative approaches.
Biographie :
LYDIE MONTESINOS is Head of Procurement and Logistics at Le Club des petits déjeuners, where she oversees national strategies for procurement, distribution, and logistics optimization. She leads transformation projects aimed at strengthening operational efficiency, supply chain resilience, and the organization’s capacity for growth. Mathieu Hilairet is Senior Advisor for Procurement and Logistics Development, where he plays a key role in operational coordination and the development of national partnerships to support growth and adapt our model to regional needs.
