Registration fees
Please Note: We recognize that the majority of Forum attendees represent the public and non-profit sectors. For this reason, and thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, all fees listed below are discounted compared to the true cost per person to attend (about $850). Because of this, and because we expect the Forum to be a highly participatory event with many participants speaking, we are not offering further discounted rates for presenters. Thank you for your understanding.

All registration types include full access to the Forum’s 2 days of sessions happening June 3-4, 2026, at Palais des Congrès in downtown Montréal. Lunch, as well as morning and afternoon refreshments, will be provided both days.
Optional field trips will be offered on Tuesday, June 2nd. Details about field trips and instructions on how to sign-up will be emailed to all registered participants once confirmed.
Cancellation policy: Should you need to cancel your Forum registration, you will be fully refunded, less a $25 administrative fee, provided you cancel before Friday, May 15th, 2026. Cancellations made after May 15th are non-refundable.

Travel Support
Travel discounts
We are partnering with Uniglobe Premiere Travel Group Canada to offer preferred rates to all Forum attendees on air and rail travel. In addition to discount codes, attendees can also choose to book their travel through Uniglobe. Discount codes and instructions on how to book with Uniglobe will be included in your registration confirmation email.
Travel bursaries
A limited number of travel bursaries are being offered to help reduce travel costs for those who may face significant barriers to attend due to travel expenses. Those interested should submit a travel bursary application form by March 2, 2026.
