I appreciated the opportunity to hear from a variety of presenters and organizations and how operations differ by province. Hit the road for a full-day tour to discover 3 inspiring community food initiatives, members of La Cantine Pour Tous’ network of social economy caterers, across Quebec’s Montérégie and Estrie regions — two predominantly rural, agricultural areas southeast of Montreal known for their orchards, vineyards, and strong local food culture.
